Thickness Tolerance: For foils with thicknesses between 0.2 and 3.0 mm, the thickness tolerance is strictly controlled within ±0.02 to ±0.08 mm.
Width Tolerance: Depending on the width, it is controlled within ±0.10 to ±2.00 mm.
Edge Quality: Requires no burrs, with edge chamfering (rounded edges) to ensure insulation between layers and operator safety. The burr height is generally controlled below 0.03 mm.
Surface Quality: The surface is smooth, flat, and free of scratches, oil stains, and oxide spots.
